How do I track my order?
1. After completing the order, you will receive an email confirming your order and containing your order information. Please be sure to check it. If you do not receive it, please check your spam and allow receipt from mydedor@mydedor. com,,(and)*,* emails.
2. When you receive the face draft email, please reply within 24 hours and confirm it. If you need to modify it, please describe the modification content in detail.
3. When the modification content involves order modification, such as changing the character's face image, changing props or clothing, or when you need to re-customize the shape, please refer to the link to add props, and you will need to pay the replacement fee.
4. After email confirmation, we will complete all works as soon as possible
5. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number does not work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.
