Refund Policy

Customization:

Since all products produced by Mydedor are customized, we cannot provide unconditional returns. Your artwork is carefully designed and is completely personal to you.

Article 1: No returns or refunds in the following circumstances.

1. You have agreed to the shipment, and received the package normally, the product is intact, and you did not tell us that you need to return the product for a refund within 7 days after receiving the product.

2. More than 90 days after receiving the package.

3. 1-day expedited production and fast shipping, and the package has been received intact.

4. Refund after shipment, the package has been sent. Since all our products are customized according to the specifications provided by the customer, applicable laws do not require us to accept returns or refunds. We cannot accept such cancellations before you receive your customized doll.
Article 2: Only refunds are available in the following circumstances, but no returns.

1. Damage during transportation. The customer needs to provide evidence of damage during transportation, such as obvious damage on the surface of the bag with tissue paper attached. Evidence includes photos or videos.

2. Cancellation of the order within 24 hours after placing the order.
3. If the goods are not received or the package is lost due to the carrier's responsibility
4. If you order multiple custom dolls, the prototype (first sample) will be processed according to our "unconditional" refund guarantee, however, after the customer approves the prototype, the entire batch order will no longer be refunded.
Article 3, Refund, Partial Refund
1. Damage during transportation, our bobbleheads are well packaged and rarely damaged during transportation. However, if this unlikely event happens to you, we will provide you with a replacement doll free of charge. In order to use the shipping insurance, we kindly ask customers to open the package in front of the delivery person. If there is any damage, please submit a report to this person and please email the file number and photos of the damaged doll to vip@mydedor.page. We will send you a replacement doll within 20 working days after you provide the required information and documents.
2. If the damage during transportation is serious, we can negotiate, remake it for free and ship it for free, the customer sends it back to us for free repair and free shipping, and if it cannot be repaired, the full amount will be refunded if the customer provides photos of the packaging and product damage
Article 4, no refund will be made in the following circumstances
1. If the package is lost due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address, we will not be responsible for any losses. In this case, no refund will be provided.
2. If no refund request is made for more than 90 days after receiving the package.
3. When we create your artwork, we will use the photos you upload with your order. If you do not adhere to our photo guidelines, we will not be able to provide any solutions. It is your responsibility to submit high-quality photos that meet our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. We do allow notes in the order if you have anything to tell us. However, we cannot guarantee that special requests will be honored - for example, we cannot edit photos to close or open mouths, add smiles, etc. However, we can remove red eyes, edit eye color and other requests.
Our policy is valid for 90 days. If it has been more than 90 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
Article 5
To be eligible for a return, you need to understand our return and exchange terms.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be issued.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before your refund is issued.

Specials (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, specials are not refundable.

Communication (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email mydedor@mydedor.page
