We invite you to print these Terms and Conditions or we can email them to you upon request. These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase including information about our pricing and contact details.

Payment Methods

You can place your order using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Our secure payment service provider is PayPal. Please review the website www.paypal.com for detailed information.  All of our payment and purchase (from authorized retailers) options are 100% secure for our customers.

Mydedor intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of our website at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation of Order & Refund Policy:

If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

Refunds Before Shipping

Once the order was placed, the artist went to work, so we don't support refunds. This refund policy does not apply for bulk orders. In case you order more than one custom doll, the prototype (first sample) will be treated in accordance with our "No questions asked" money back guarantee, however, after the approval of the prototype by the customer, no more refunds are possible for the complete bulk order.

Refunds After Shipping

Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made in accordance with the specifications provided by our customers, applicable laws don’t require us to accept returns or grant refunds. However, while we accept cancellations before shipping (for single orders - not bulk orders) we are unable to accept such cancellations after you have received the custom-made doll.

Damages During Shipping

Our bobblehead dolls are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur. However, if this unlikely event happens to you, we will provide you with a replacement doll free of charge. In order to utilize the shipping insurance, we kindly ask our customers to open the parcels in the presence of the person making the delivery. Please file a report with this person in case of any damage and please email vip@mydedor.page with the file number and photos of the damaged dolls. The replacement doll will be shipped to you within 20 business days after providing the required information and documentation.

If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.


In the event you require modifications to your bobblehead after receiving the initial pre-view / proof, 2-4 business days will be added to the normal turnaround/delivery timeframe as stated on the website in sculpting options. 

Delivery Policy

All products are shipped via the shipping method you select at checkout (Standard, Priority or Express). We use USPS and UPS as our free shipping method. Due to COVID-19 effects, this shipping method occasionally experiences varying delays, with a typical arrival time of 21 days - 49 days.
In order to improve the service quality and shipping efficiency, we have upgraded the shipping conditions for our customers, we also have DHL fast shipping method, the goods can be received in as early as 3-15 working days after the goods are made. Of course this requires customers to pay extra courier charges.
When placing an order, you must also select a production time at checkout. If we expect a longer delivery time, we will notify you of any delays. During the ordering process, the customer will be asked to provide billing and shipping address details. mydedor will begin shipping to the shipping address (not the billing address) and it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address information and deliver (signature required).

The content on this Site is only for the purpose of shopping on this Site or placing an order and for no other purpose. Any other use, including, modification, reproduction, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution in any form or by any means without Mydedor's prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. All software used on this Site is the sole property of Mydedor.

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing. We are not responsible for any losses caused by improper use, such as overstretching, or being dyed.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
